Return & Refund Policy

If ZiDtia products do not meet your expectations, initiating a refund or return is straightforward. Please reach out to us via email at service@zidtia.com or through our online contact form.

Subscription Cancellations To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team via email. We will promptly process your cancellation upon receipt of your request. Ensure to email us before your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Return Window Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Prior Approval for Returns Do not send your return to us without first contacting and obtaining approval from our customer support team.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item is damaged or defective during unpacking or installation, resulting in it being unsaleable, please contact us. We require reasonable proof to verify the condition of the product.

Return Shipping Depending on the situation, we may provide a prepaid shipping label via UPS or FedEx. If the return is due to the customer's subjective reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and the product must be brand new and unopened. If the return is due to a product issue, please initiate the return within 30 days of placing the order, and we will cover the shipping costs.

Product Feedback We may request a photo of your return to assist in our product improvement efforts.

Refund Processing Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. It may take up to one week for your refund to be processed once approved.

Late Delivery and Partial Refunds Anticipate delivery delays during high-volume periods. Items arriving significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, provided that notice of delay was given and cancellation options were offered.

Exclusions We do not issue refunds for damages caused by external factors beyond our control, such as severe weather events, natural disasters, or other acts of nature.

Return Time Your refund or replacement will be issued as soon as we receive your item/s. Refunds will be made within 48 hours of receipt of the item/s back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
